The Earth Palace team is at team@earthpalace.com. That address is monitored for product questions, partnerships, privacy requests, copyright notices, and security reports.

Please use a clear subject line so we can route your message. We aim to acknowledge ordinary mail within a few business days. Privacy deletion requests are handled on the timeline in the Privacy Policy.

• General and product — questions about Earth Palace, Snuffy, Earth, or your account (non-deletion).
• Privacy and data rights — access, correction, portability, or other requests under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA.
• Account deletion — close your account and delete associated personal data. Signed-in users can also use Delete Account in the Hampro menu or Settings → Privacy. Write from the email on the account if you need help by email.
• Copyright notice — include the items listed in the Terms, Copyright complaints.
• Security — suspected vulnerability or account compromise. Do not attach unnecessary personal data.
• Legal — other legal notices, including informal dispute resolution under the Terms.
• Press — media questions. There is no separate press-kit download at this time.

Helpful messages include:

• The email address on your Earth Palace account (for account-specific requests).
• A short description of what you need, with links or post IDs where relevant.
• For copyright notices, every element required in the Terms.

Do not send passwords, API keys, or private key material. If we need more information to verify a privacy request, we will ask.
